Palestine: Children in the West Bank protest for access to schools
Ramallah, April 23 (Hibya) – The Palestinian Prime Minister’s Office reported that children in the West Bank held a protest for their right to access schools.
In a statement by the Palestinian Prime Minister’s Office, it was noted that children staged a protest in the village of Um al-Hayr in the occupied West Bank.
The statement said that “children are demanding their basic rights to access their schools, move freely, and live without occupation due to barbed wire set up by Israeli settlers.”
The statement also included the phrase: “Open the road.”
