Palestinian Foreign Minister Dr. Varsen Aghabekian Shaheen met with representatives of Palestinian groups and Palestinian figures in Spain as part of her official visit program.

According to a statement by the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting addressed the national situation in Spain and the conditions of the Palestinian diaspora, political and on-the-ground developments, official initiatives and diplomatic contacts, as well as issues related to strengthening coordination among all national organizations operating in Palestine and the diaspora.

It was also reported that, during her visit to Spain, Shaheen participated in a seminar on the role of the European Union and European courts in achieving justice for the Palestinian people.
