Paris, July 19 (Hibya) – French President Emmanuel Macron said that peace dynamics for the people of Congo and the Great Lakes region have revived hope and trust.
President Macron welcomed the agreement on principles reached between the DRC and M23/AFC, thanks to the mediation of Qatar and its Emir.
