Lammy said: “Today, we remember the 97 men, women, and children who tragically lost their lives 37 years ago in the Hillsborough disaster.”
Lammy also said in his statement: “Today, we think of their families and loved ones; the strength, dignity, and resilience they have shown after such a profound loss continue to inspire.”
