The statement said that Rotem Yanai had served with great dedication over the past two years to support soldiers operating on various fronts.
Katz also wished a speedy recovery to the soldiers injured in the incident, stating that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) continue their operations against Hezbollah on the northern border.
Minister Katz emphasized that Hezbollah’s attacks against Israel would carry a heavy price.
