Grandi: Emphasizing the importance of international law is vital
Geneva, May 9 (Hibya) – United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi stated that emphasizing the importance of international law is vital.
Grandi said that in a time of dramatically rising international tensions, it is vital that UN officials, under the leadership of Secretary-General António Guterres, reaffirm the importance of international law, cooperation, and dialogue.
He added, “Any other path will lead us toward a much more dangerous world.”
