Dar holds phone call with Bahraini counterpart Al Zayani
Islamabad, April 4 (Hibya) - Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a phone call with Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.
According to a statement from Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.
Dar emphasized the urgent need to reduce tensions. He underlined the importance of dialogue and diplomacy. He also highlighted the Pakistan-China five-point initiative aimed at promoting peace and stability in the Middle East and the Gulf region.
Foreign Minister Al Zayani expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s efforts in dialogue and diplomacy to promote peace and stability in the region.
