Istanbul, 17 June (Hibya) - Asian markets showed a mixed performance during the trading session of the week.
Asian markets showed a mixed performance during the trading session of the week, with stock exchanges in Australia, Japan, and India posting gains, while Hong Kong and China declined.
The S&P/ASX 200 index rose 0.52% to 8,964.30 points.
In Japan, the Nikkei 225 index gained 0.85% to 69,996.18 points.
In India, the NIFTY 50 index rose 0.31% to 24,063.55, while in Hong Kong the Hang Seng Index (HSI) fell 0.37% to 24,403.96 points.
In China, the Shanghai Composite index fell 0.18% to close the day at 4,084.544.
