$60 million hotel investment completed in Yalova
Karaderili Group, operating in the tourism sector, has completed its $60 million Terma Garden hotel project in Yalova and announced that the new facility will start welcoming guests as of May 15.
With the new investment in Yalova, the total capacity has reached 5,259 beds and 278 apartment units. Company officials stated that the total investment in Yalova to date amounts to $230 million.
Terma Garden, with 378 rooms and a capacity of 1,000 beds, has been designed as a thermal tourism-oriented accommodation facility. The complex includes a 2,500-square-meter spa and wellness area, pools with various concepts, and dedicated spaces for the use of thermal water.
The company aims to increase the number of foreign tourists hosted in Yalova and to generate foreign currency inflow into the region. It was noted that tourists from Turkic republics, the Middle East, and Asian countries hold an important place within the group’s marketing network.
The project is expected to strengthen Yalova’s position in thermal tourism, contribute to the regional economy, and create new employment opportunities. Details regarding the official opening of Terma Garden will be announced in the coming days.
